Member of the Brazilian Academy of Labor Law, the Paraná Historical and Geographical Institute and the Paraná Center of Letters. Labor Appellate Judge at the Labor Appellate Court (Region n. 9 - TRT9-PR).
Pós-Doutor em Direito pela PUCPR. Doutor e Mestre em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR).
